in Psychiatry

Parisian psychiatry is organized around five health care facilities dedicated exclusively to the adult and child psychiatry with a joint medical project. The ambition of the CHT is to propose the Parisian territory an organization concerted and graduated to ensure each user a readable, accessible and fluid health course. With a total active queue of 76 400 patients, it is on average Parisian 1 out of 40 who has recourse to the services of the CHT.

In terms of care, the CHT institutions represent 130 structures, spread on 75 sites, covering 25 areas of Psychiatry, on the 20 arrondissements of Paris. We can describe the supply of care according to 3 levels:

  • Community care, that is issued at the sectoral level, closer to the home of users, including via the Medico-psychologiques Centres.
  • "Intersectoral" care corresponding to a wider sector territory and focused on more specific care.
  • Care use, accessible to all of the Parisian population served by the institutions of the CHT, and centered on a single charge in the territory (ex: eating disorders, perpetrators of sexual violence…).
