Joint medical project

A STRATEGY OF HEALTH PUBLIC

Settlements of the CHT worked from 2011 to the development of a joint medical project. During the last quarter of 2012, the joint medical project was presented to the instances of the institutions of the Community Hospital of Parisian territory for Psychiatry and approved by the Director general of the Ile-de-France ARS in 2013. This ambitious project aims to strengthen the articulation of care devices, the quality of the offer and the accessibility of devices.

The implementation of the medical project relies on common instances that have been installed as well as on various working groups which had been established for its development. Priority areas have been selected by the Director of health of Ile-de-France regional agency:

  • Proximity – CMP
  • Emergencies
  • Child Psychiatry
  • Psychiatry precariousness
  • Epidemiology

OUR OBJECTIVES IN THE SERVICE OF THE PATIENT

  • Offer fluids and custom care courses

Structuring the supply of care and strengthen coordination at the level of the territories

  • Enhance radiation of the pole neuroscience “Neuro-Sainte-Anne.
  • Relying on research to invent the Psychiatry and neuroscience of tomorrow
  • Strengthen health democracy and citizenship

Creation of a commission the CHT users and strengthening of the House of users, in connection with the city of Paris and the premises of mental health advice

AN OVERVIEW OF OUR CURRENT ACHIEVEMENTS

  • A Charter for the Medico-psychologiques Centres guaranteeing the welcome without appointment, naming a team for each user, open two nights a week until 8 pm
  • Network insecurity across the capital
  • The creation of a pre-teen unit
  • Implementing synergies between the support to make them accessible to all Parisians:

Ex.: therapeutic education (with innovative programs like ‘Profamille’, cognitive remediation,…)

  • Partnerships strengthened: Ville de Paris, CASVP, PMI, ESA, National Education
  • Days of vocational training, including a symposium dedicated in partnership with the city of Paris when the Information weeks in mental health
